Lifesteps, a local, long‑standing human service agency, is hiring Direct Care Aides to support adults with disabilities in a residential home in Verona, PA. We offer steady, full‑time hours with shifts in the evenings or mornings.

You’ll assist with daily living activities—dressing, meals, grooming, transportation, and medication administration—plus community outings. No experience is required; paid training is provided, with a comprehensive benefit package for full‑time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Cook and serve meals.
• Clean the home.
• Shop for groceries and supplies.
• Provide personal care assistance such as grooming or bathing.
• Medication administration.
• Assist with transportation and community outings.
