Job summary

Lifesteps is hiring compassionate Direct Care Aides to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home in Verona, PA. This full-time role offers steady hours and the chance to make a real difference in daily living activities.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance, and hold a valid driver’s license with auto insurance. ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities in a residential setting.
• Provide personal care, meal prep, grooming, and transportation to appointments.
• Support community outings and daily house chores.
• Follow medication administration as directed.

Skills
