Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver in our New Jersey location to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow ISP plans, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for seniors, including memory care residents.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, effective communication with families and care teams, and contribution to a positive life for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range

18.92 - 23.65
