Silverado is hiring Caregivers in California to provide hands-on support for residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.).
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule: Full Time, AM shift (6:00am-2:30pm) 4 days on / 2 days off

Anticipated pay range: $17 USD - $18 USD
