Job summary

Freedom Home Care LLC in Bedford, Texas is seeking a Full-Time Caregiver – In-Home Senior Care to provide compassionate personal care in clients' homes. You’ll assist with daily tasks, meal preparation, and mobility, ensuring safety and comfort while maintaining client dignity.

Our team values ongoing growth, with paid training, supportive mentorship, and clear advancement paths. Flexible shifts include day, evening, overnight, and weekend options in the Bedford area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred—but a big heart matters most.
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Dignity – Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Healthy Meals & Home Care – Cook simple, nutritious meals; keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Medication & Wellness – Provide timely reminders and track basic health cues.
• Active Companionship – Chat, play games, take walks, and accompany clients on errands or appointments.
• Light Exercise Support – Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
