Job summary

Flow Distribution in Arizona is seeking a full-time Fulfillment & Delivery Driver to count, label, and pack inventory for dispensary orders and transport products across the state. You must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle; prior cannabis industry exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include quality control, safety compliance, and timely deliveries while handling customer pressure professionally.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of order fulfillment experience preferred.
• 1 year of delivery driving experience preferred.
• 1 year of inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count, sort, label, and pack inventory for dispensary orders.
• Perform quality control and inventory handling.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and sanitation per SOPs.
• Deliver products to various locations on tight schedules.
• Navigate delivery routes; work indoors/outdoors as needed.
