Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains safety standards.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and clean, complying with safety rules.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, and prep surfaces.
• Removes trash and manages waste containers.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
