Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cooking experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty.
• Maintains proper records and follows established ticket collection procedures during service.
• Keeps kitchen clean and organized, stores or discards food per safe handling procedures and HACCP standards.
