This is a full-time position. Primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service by satisfying customer needs and exceeding expectations. The role requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations, and teamwork to create an inviting shopping environment. Responsibilities also include preparing, processing, packaging, stocking products, cleaning work areas, unloading stock, and managing salvage products according to standards.

Customer service is a priority. Associates must be courteous, friendly, and helpful, ensuring positive interactions that reflect well on Harris Teeter. Training will be provided for customer contact roles. When unable to resolve customer comments or complaints, direct them to management. All customer interactions impact the company's image and customer loyalty.

Essential functions include:

2. Appearance and Punctuality: Maintaining a professional appearance and being reliable and punctual.
