Qualifications

• Knowledge of the practices and techniques of janitorial or custodial cleaning.

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Must clear criminal and chemical screenings.

• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains kitchen and dining areas, adjoining hallways and storage areas.
• Uses appropriate brooms, mops, and light or heavy‑duty floor cleaning equipment.
• Sanitizes areas as required and uses equipment to clean floors and surfaces.
• Executes the waste management plan including segregation and recycling.
• Maintains outside premises, clearing snow, ice, and debris.
