Compass Group’s Canteen is hiring immediately for a full-time COOK at the cafe location in Marshville, NC. The role requires prior cooking, culinary, food service and food safety experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday with mornings/evenings; some Saturdays as needed.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with internal referral bonus potential. This position emphasizes preparation, portion control, proper temperatures, HACCP compliance, and teamwork with coworkers and managers.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
