Job summary

American Welding & Gas, Inc. is seeking an energetic Branch Manager for our Springfield, MO location to lead daily operations and drive profitable growth.

You will build strong customer relationships, coach a high-performing team, oversee inventory and distribution, and ensure safety as the top priority while aligning with regional leadership. The ideal candidate has leadership experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing, a track record of developing employees, and strong business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Previous experience managing an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operation.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and developing employees.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit & loss performance.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
