Job summary

Willow Creek Behavioral Health is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Associate I in Green Bay, WI. Starting at $17/hr with on-site duties 6:00am-6:30pm, alternating weekends/holidays.

You will work under a licensed nurse, monitor patient behaviors, provide direct care, and participate in crisis response as part of a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and CPR/de-escalation certification; six months of experience with the target population is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience with the facility's population preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric disorders and treatment modalities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure wellbeing of patients and provide a safe, structured environment under supervision.
• Maintain constant supervision of patients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, hydration).
• Conduct safety checks and supervise according to guidelines.
• Record vital signs and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Charts in patient records timely and accurately.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and assist with restraints when necessary.
• Assist with unit organization, admits/discharge processes, and paperwork.
• Provide transfer or transportation for patients as required.
• Receive shift reports and provide thorough handoffs to oncoming staff.
