Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening process.

Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans from the BCBA.
• Collect accurate data for treatment plans for BCBA analysis.
• Consult the BCBA for support, training, and supervision.
• Adjust interventions as instructed by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain knowledge of each intervention and plan for each client.
• Maintain RBT credentials completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually.
• Track RBT supervision hours for compliance.
