Job summary

A leading Applied Behavior Analysis center located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Behavior Technician. This role offers a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, engaging with children and implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and are encouraged to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician Certificate. Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or national equivalent.
• Must be willing to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB.
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening process.

Responsibilities

• Directly implementing skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans.
• Collecting accurate data for all treatment plans.
• Consulting the BCBA regularly for support and supervision.
• Adjusting interventions as instructed by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintaining knowledge and understanding of each intervention.
• Completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually.
• Tracking RBT supervision hours for compliance.
• Submitting annual renewal forms for the BACB.
