Applejack Wine & Spirits in Wheat Ridge, CO is seeking a Beer Merchandiser to ensure shelves are stocked and customer needs are met.

The role supports store management, delivering fast, friendly service in a busy retail setting, with a base pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour and a schedule that can include nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have 1+ year of customer service and be able to lift 40–60 lbs.

Qualifications

• Beer/Service industry experience a plus.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience.
• Work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Interest in the alcoholic beverage industry.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule which includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers to identify their needs.
• Address customer needs and seek out expert advice as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Refine product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Show additional products to drive sales.
• The number one responsibility is to ensure the shelves are well stocked.
• Maintain safe aisles and address empty boxes as needed.
• Proactively investigate/address on-hand stock issues.
• Ensure proper signing is in place and accurate.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Merchandising products in a safe manner.
