Job Description Summary

Drive Kohl’s + Sephora sales through an authentic passion for beauty. Engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach, top beauty brands, merchandise sets, and enhancing the client experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Build strong client loyalty and drive sales through a hospitality mentality.
• Influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales. Recognize opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Establish credibility with clients through product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and their applications to encourage sales.
• Ensure visual elements of the shop meet Kohl’s + Sephora standards.
• Understand and execute the daily/weekly/monthly sales plan to support and meet goals.
• Maintain curiosity and continuously learn about the beauty industry.
• Complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with Kohl’s + Sephora standards.
• Support merchandising and omni-channel processing as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and over 50 lbs with assistance.
• Climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull regularly.
• Stand and walk for entire shifts (at least 8 hours).
• Visually verify information and merchandise.
• Wear face masks or coverings and other PPE as required.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments, including curbside and truck unload.

• 3+ years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
