Job Summary

Drive Kohl’s + Sephora sales through an authentic passion for beauty. Engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach, showcasing top beauty brands, merchandise sets, and enhancing the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and drive sales with a hospitality mindset.
• Influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to increase sales. Upsell products and services when appropriate.
• Establish credibility with clients through product knowledge and awareness of beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques to promote sales.
• Maintain visual standards of the shop to meet Kohl’s + Sephora guidelines.
• Understand and execute the daily/weekly/monthly sales plan to support and meet targets.
• Continuously learn and expand knowledge of the beauty industry, actively engaging in training.
• Complete all tasks adhering to Kohl’s + Sephora standards.
• Support merchandising and omni-channel processing as needed.

Essential Functions

• Work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for beauty.
• At least 3 years of client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Curious mindset with a desire to learn.

Pay Range: $19.60 - $27.45
