Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware and related supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnishes to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders; prepares and presents drinks per standard recipes; ensures portion control.
• Checks IDs for proper identification.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
