Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time barista in Myrtle Beach, SC. You will make and serve coffee and related items, following HACCP guidelines and delivering friendly, attentive service to patients, caregivers, and staff.

The position requires availability for a 5:30 am to 2:00 pm schedule, Monday through Sunday, at the McLeod Health Carolina Forest location. Previous barista experience is preferred, and training is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous barista experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food items.
• Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards.
• Interacts with customers in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS and accepts cash/credit payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while keeping areas clean.
• Maintains proper serving temperatures and follows production standards.
• Keeps equipment and workstation clean and organized.
