Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring both full-time and part-time barista positions at Palmetto Market in Charleston, SC. You will prepare espresso drinks, serve food items, and interact with customers following HACCP guidelines to ensure quality service.

Previous barista experience is preferred but not required. Schedule includes rotating shifts; fixed pay is $18.00 per hour with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a barista is preferred but not required.
• Ability to prepare espresso drinks and follow recipes.
• Experience greeting customers and handling transactions with courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS and handles cash/credit payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the service area; adheres to HACCP standards.
