Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring Eurest for a full-time Barista position at Crate & Barrel, Northbrook, IL. Must have Barista experience and knowledge of La Marzocco espresso machines. Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Online applications accepted only. Pay range is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.

As part of Eurest, you will prepare espresso beverages, manage POS transactions, and maintain clean, HACCP-compliant service areas. This role offers benefits for both full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have Barista experience.
• Knowledge of La Marzocco espresso machine.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure satisfaction.
• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to assist in buying decisions.
