Eurest is hiring a full-time BARISTA at Amgen in Newbury Park, CA. The role runs a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm schedule with some variation. At least 1 year of barista experience is required; you must be a team player and friendly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enter orders accurately into POS device; accept cash and card payments.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensure proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follow HACCP standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greet customers and help explain menu items to customers.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently; assist in buying decisions.
• Ensure display foods are merchandised attractively and served neatly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
