Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Must follow the dress code as assigned.
• English reading and communication; able to follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs.
• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages per brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items per location standards.
• Balance cash drawer and deposits; complete cashier slips.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar and store stations, including cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverages, grab-and-go items, service ware and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
