The Westin Arlington in Arlington, VA is seeking a friendly Full-Time Barista to join our team. You will prepare beverages, greet guests, and maintain a clean, efficient cafe environment.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Training will cover company recipes and safety standards; weekend and holiday availability is a plus, with competitive wages and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
