Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a full-time Store Associate in Denton to safely load baling equipment and create baled product, moving it to staging areas or trailers while meeting daily quotas. Duties include operating pallet jacks and other material handling tools, moving product between areas, and keeping the work environment clean.

Qualified applicants should be able to read, write, and perform basic math, with a team-focused approach to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Responsibilities

• Safely load baling equipment and create bales of credential, salvage or recyclable product; move bales to staging area and/or trailer; meet established daily production quotas.
• Operate Material Handling supplies such as pallet jacks, 2-wheel trucks, bins, gaylords, pallets.
• Move product to and from designated areas.
• Perform all necessary cleaning functions in all areas of the work environment.
