Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per production sheets; assist in production planning.
• Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes and standards.
• Track waste and shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain proper temperatures, presentation, and quality of foods.
• Keep equipment, area and utensils clean and sanitary.
• Handle food items safely following regulations.
• Assist customers, resolve complaints politely and relay feedback to supervisors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
