Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
• Ensures proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards.
• Assists with production records including waste tracking and shortages; informs supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of equipment, supplies and workstation.
• Handles food items safely and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
