Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (Back-End Days)

Location: Mason City, IA

Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Thursday - Saturday (3 Consecutive Days) 9a-9p

One Vision is excited to offer a new 12-hour shift model designed with work-life balance in mind. We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Back-End Days Schedule, supporting individuals in our Mason City homes.

What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by:

• Assisting with daily living tasks: hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, and medications
• Encouraging independence and personal growth
• Supporting community involvement and recreational activities
• Driving individuals to appointments and outings
• Completing clear, accurate documentation using electronic systems
• Supporting individual financial responsibilities and grocery shopping

Qualifications

• No experience required - we provide paid training
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Must pass background checks and health screenings
