Job summary

Atlantic Aviation in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Line Service Technician to provide aviation ground support, including fueling, baggage handling, aircraft towing, and marshalling, in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18 years old, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duties are possible.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
18 years of age required.
A valid state driver's license is required.
Be physically able to work in an environment with frequent walking, bending, and climbing.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
Operate ground support equipment as requested, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power unit, deice truck, etc.
Perform ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
Provide customer service such as assisting with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
Keep buildings and grounds safe, clean, and organized.
Participate in daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
Occasional travel to support another Atlantic location.
