Job summary

TSP talent in Livermore, CA is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair customer vehicles to dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. You will base work on multi-point inspections and repair orders, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Job description

The Automotive Technician diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, following dealership, manufacturer, and company standards. They perform tasks based on multi-point inspections and repair orders, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicles according to certification levels and experience.


• Perform repairs and services outlined in inspections and repair orders.


• Explain technical diagnoses and repair needs to customers and team members.


• Recommend necessary services to maintain vehicle functionality, documenting all recommendations.


• Adhere to safety procedures and report concerns to management.


• Maintain ASE certifications and renewals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experienced senior automotive technician.


• High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Minimum of one unexpired ASE certification or equivalent experience/training preferred.


• Valid driver’s license required.
  
• Ability to work five days a week.
