Role Overview: The Automotive Technician / Mechanic diagnoses and repairs customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to dealership, manufacturer, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, complete repairs as outlined on inspection and repair orders, explain technical issues to customers and team members, recommend necessary services, and maintain safety protocols. Document all work accurately and maintain ASE certifications.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with at least one active ASE certification or equivalent experience. Ability to work Monday through Saturday.
Physical & Working Conditions: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work environment involves exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures. Must have full range of motion, good vision, hearing, and communication skills.
