Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated Automotive Detailer for a full-time position in Springfield, VA. The role pays $18 per hour with potential merit increases based on performance and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Primary duties include washing, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles for customer rentals while upholding high cleanliness and safety standards. Schedule is five days with 40 hours per week and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Background check including driving history with limited violations, no DUI/DWI in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols.
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle exterior for various sizes including cars, vans and trucks.
• Check fuel level and warning lights; inspect windshield for damage; reset/restore vehicle settings; check for customer items and Lost & Found; verify registration is current and matches license plate.
• Check fluid levels and tire condition; inspect exterior for damage.
• Fuel and stage vehicle.
• Inspect vehicle for safety concerns and report issues; remove from prep as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards.
• Operate equipment (carpet shampoo, air purifiers) to remove stains, hair, and odors.
• Assist customers when needed; may transport customers to/from branches.
• Maintain overall site appearance including interior/exterior cleaning of branch locations.
• Site appearance tasks: desks, counters, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, lot sweeping.
