Job summary

New Leaf Family is seeking an experienced Colorado Family Law attorney for a remote, full-time role. You will guide clients through major life transitions with strategy, empathy, and clear explanations, advocating in negotiation, mediation, and court as part of a collaborative distributed team.

You'll do it as part of a collaborative, distributed team — leading when it counts and leaning on support when it helps.

Requirements

• 3+ years practicing Colorado Family Law
• A sharp, empathetic communicator who writes exceptional legal work

• Tech-proficient and genuinely collaborative, even remotely
