New Leaf Family is seeking an experienced Colorado Family Law Attorney for a fully remote role. We’ve built a practice around empowerment, clarity, and healthier futures for families, not conflict.

You’ll guide clients through major life transitions with strategy and compassion, advocate in negotiation, mediation, and court, and connect clients with coaches and financial planners when needed. 3+ years of Colorado Family Law and active Colorado Bar in good standing are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years practicing Colorado Family Law
• Licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar
• Empathetic communicator who writes exceptional legal work
• Creative and solution-oriented — comfortable working beyond traditional legal playbooks
• Tech‑proficient and collaborative, even remote

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through major life transitions with strategy and compassion: listening deeply, explaining options clearly, advocating in negotiation, mediation, and court, and connecting clients to coaches, counselors, and financial planners when needed
