Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required and licensed to practice in AZ.
• USDA accreditation is a plus and good standing with State Veterinary Board required.
• Ability to maintain medical records and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care and client service.
• Uphold WellHaven protocols and supervise staff.
• Collaborate with Principal Doctor on development plans.
• Adhere to veterinary laws and maintain accurate medical charts.
• Communicate with clients via in-person, phone, and email.
• Participate in community events and hospital projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, and current practices.
• Train and lead support staff when required.
