Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on transactional and regulatory matters related to renewable energy projects and data infrastructure development.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including power purchase agreements, development agreements, and infrastructure contracts.
• Conduct legal research on energy regulation, land use, permitting, and emerging generation and data center compliance issues.
• Support due diligence processes for energy and infrastructure transactions and project financing.
• Monitor regulatory developments at federal, state, and local levels affecting renewable energy and tech infrastructure sectors.
• Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and project updates.
