Griffiths PC, a San Francisco boutique law firm, seeks a Full-Time Associate to join its growing energy and infrastructure practice. Based in San Francisco, CA, you will advise on renewable energy projects and data center infrastructure, draft and negotiate major contracts, and perform regulatory research while coordinating with clients on complex, multi-matter matters.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar (or eligibility)
• Experience in energy law, infrastructure transactions, or related practice areas
• Familiarity with renewable energy project development, power markets, or data center operations preferred
• Strong transactional drafting and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent legal research and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, client-focused mindset

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on transactional and regulatory matters related to renewable energy projects and data infrastructure development
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including power purchase agreements, development agreements, and infrastructure contracts
• Conduct legal research on energy regulation, land use, permitting, and emerging generation and data center compliance issues
• Support due diligence processes for energy and infrastructure transactions and project financing
• Monitor regulatory developments at the federal, state, and local levels affecting the renewable energy and tech infrastructure sectors
• Communicate directly with clients to provide legal guidance and project updates
