Job summary

Longwood Collective, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Teacher with no certifications required. You'll support early childhood learning, create a welcoming environment, and assist lead teachers in daily activities and child development.

The role offers a full-time schedule from 10 am to 6 pm, competitive pay at $19.25 per hour, and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Prior childcare experience is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience working with children.
• No certifications needed.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience and learn directly from our teachers.
• We currently have two positions to fill: 12 months through 2 years & 18 months through 2 years and 9 months.
• Work a full-time schedule from 10 am-6 pm.
• Provide an encouraging, welcoming, and safe environment that meets the needs of young children.
• Play and interact with children on a daily basis, supporting their developmental and social growth.
