Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all store operations, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Promote a sales culture by creating solutions for guests and providing outstanding service.
• Supervise sales associates and retail keyholders in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and merchandised per company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and staff training.
• Manage inventory, process transactions accurately, and handle shipments and stock counts.
• Implement loss prevention measures and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Support sales and profit goals through effective team leadership and operational management.

Qualifications

• Proof of identity and legal work eligibility in the U.S.
• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of video games is a plus.
