Responsibilities

1. Assist with supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans.
2. Identify training opportunities to develop and grow the team.
3. Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
4. Establish clear job responsibilities and performance expectations for team members.
5. Monitor the competitive environment and suggest necessary adjustments.
6. Participate in hiring and onboarding of store personnel.
7. Ensure compliance with inventory, product handling, and cash control policies.
8. Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and signage standards.
9. Assist with stock management, merchandising, and product quality control.
10. Support payroll, inventory, and training initiatives.
11. Supervise daily team operations, escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
