Full-Time Assistant Store Manager (New Store)

Join us as a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager (New Store) at ALDI USA. This role involves key responsibilities such as supervising daily store operations, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and training team members.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 38 hours/week
• Wage: Starting at $24.00/hour, increasing to $25.00/hour in Year 2

Note: Training occurs at a nearby location until the store opens.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing operational plans
• Communicate expectations and monitor team performance
• Identify training opportunities and develop team skills
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, signage, and safety
• Manage inventory, product merchandising, and customer concerns
• Support payroll, budgeting, and training initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Physical & Job Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Must be 18+ years old
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management preferred
