Position Details:
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 38 hours/week
  • Starting Wage: $26.00/hour
  • Wage Increase: Year 2 - $27.00/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising daily store activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans.
  • Identify training opportunities to develop team members.
  • Develop and communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations.
  • Participate in hiring processes and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Maintain store standards, inventory, and customer service quality.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment maintenance.
  • Support in achieving payroll, budget, and loss prevention goals.
  • Handle operational customer concerns in the absence of the store leader.
Physical & Job Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks required in retail.
  • Must be 18+ years old, capable of operating equipment, and providing excellent customer service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 3+ years retail experience; management experience preferred.
