The Assistant Mobile Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Mobile Service Coordinator in coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of mobile service technicians to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

PAY BEGINS AT $20.00 PER HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage RO process for the Mobile Service Department, including creation, payment and closeout.
• Dispatch Mobile Unit and Technician for requested repairs.
• Customer communication prior to and during the repair. Providing estimates and invoices.
• Manage parts process in coordination with the Parts department.
• Prospect – partner with fleet staff to solicit fleet business.
• Marketing – partner with dealership marketing department to promote mobile services.
• Loaner vehicle fleet management.
• Manage repair order process, including creation, closeout, and payments.
• Work with the service department to ensure customers are scheduled for pickup or delivery.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

• Experience in a car dealership, experience as a medical scheduler, or BDC background is preferred.
• Must be neat, organized, and accurate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Empathic demeanor with good listening skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Neat, professional personal appearance.
• Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm
