Job summary

San Pedro Golf Course in Benson, AZ is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Mechanic to service golf course equipment and vehicles. You will perform repairs, maintenance, and adjustments on mowing equipment, hydraulic systems, tires, and related machinery, while upholding safety standards.

Minimum education includes a college or technical certificate or 3–6 months related experience; valid driver's license and a mechanics certificate are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and a Mechanic certificate are preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on golf course equipment.
• Inspect and service mowing equipment, hydraulic systems and tires.
• Maintain safe work practices and clean work areas.
• Assist training of maintenance staff and possibly operate equipment.
