Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Responsible for the coaching, training, and development of teammates and associates.
2. Conduct daily/weekly orders of merchandise and product. Ensure proper storage, staging, and organization in storage coolers.
3. Organize and account for product invoices to ensure purchasing habits are controlled and profitable.
4. Assist with conducting monthly inventories accurately in order to measure from period to period the profitability forecast of the department.
5. Ensure quality of product are to company standards and food code requirements.
6. Assist guests with finding products and answering their questions quickly, professionally, and with respect.
7. Assist with planning and set up of events that drive traffic to the department.
8. Write weekly team schedules in the absence of the department leader.
9. Managing replenishment process to ensure quality and fresh standards are timely, appropriate, and are done in a fashion that reduces the risk of shrink (loss).
10. Ensuring proper logs, reports, and tracking are performed according to company standards.
11. Follow all safety and sanitation standards set by the company and food code.
