Job summary

Trig's in Wisconsin seeks motivated associates to join our team and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help organize merchandise plans, plan weekly schedules, and support store leadership across departments.

As a team member, you’ll uphold food safety standards, assist guests at service counters, and contribute to inventory control while learning and growing within our company.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and merchandising practices.
• Understanding of food safety standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and coordinating weekly company merchandise plans, displays, and events.
• Plan weekly schedules that fit the needs of the business, the production schedule, and ensure best guest service.
• Attend department meetings, training sessions, and huddles with peers and store leaders.
• Lead efforts in inventory control and reporting of non-sold merchandise for department performance.
• Ensure proper storage of product is organized, secure, tracked, and rotated with dating standards.
• Attend to the needs of guests at the service counter and sales floor to provide proper products.
• Select, weigh, wrap, and price product quickly and accurately for guests.
• Lead guest interactions with product knowledge, promotions, tips, and new products.
• Help unload deliveries and keep backrooms clean, tidy, and organized.
• Lead teammates with a training-first mentality to keep skills updated.
• Follow required food safety standards.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• -Assisting with organizing and coordinating weekly company merchandise plans, displays, and events
• -Plan weekly schedules that fit the needs of the business, the production schedule, and ensure best guest service
• -Attend various department meetings, training meetings, and communication huddle ups with department peers and store leaders
• -Lead efforts in proper inventory control and applicable reporting of non-sold merchandise to ensure department performance is accurate and remains consistent
• -Ensure proper storage of product is organized, secure, tracked, and kept in appropriate areas for efficiency, food safety, and follows the proper rotation and dating standards
• -Attend to the needs of the guest at our service counter and sales floor areas to ensure they receive the proper product
• -Select, weigh, wrap, and price product quickly and accurately for the guests
• -Lead efforts in guest interaction with product knowledge, weekly promotions, cooking tips, and new products
• -Help breakdown deliveries of product, supplies, and equipment to ensure backrooms are kept clean, tidy, and organized
• -Lead teammates with a training-first mentality to ensure associates are informed, educated, and continue to have skill sets worked on
• -Follow required food safety standards
