• Schedule: full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items.
• Supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work.
• Prepares work schedules and expedites workflow.
• Uses systems for daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, etc.).
• Cash handling as per policy.
• Orders food and supplies from approved sources.
• Maintains sanitation and safety per standards.
• Develops sanitation schedules and ensures adherence.
• Issues written and oral instructions.
• Onboards staff and oversees training.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
