A leading company in the retail sector is seeking a Supervisory Role in the Customer Service Department. The role involves supervising a large team, ensuring compliance with company standards, and enhancing customer service. Supervise up to 120 associates in the Customer Service Department, including cashiers, baggers, customer service clerks, and the accounting office. Assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments, ensuring compliance with Harris Teeter's policies and standards.

To perform this role successfully, an individual must:
High school diploma or GED preferred; 1-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Complete company training programs. Physical demands include standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, and occasional lifting up to 40 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
Frequent exposure to humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, and cold. Moderate noise level.
