Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking an Assistant Caregiver for a full-time role in our assisted living community in Phoenix. Schedule is 10am–6pm, Sunday to Thursday, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k). Daily Pay and other perks are available.

Vaccination is encouraged but not required. Your duties include assisting residents, transporting them to activities, and responding to emergencies in a timely and safe manner.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification
• Experience working with an elderly population is preferred.
• If not certified, must be able to obtain certification within 30 days of hire, if required.

Responsibilities

• May be asked to provide non hands-on assistance to residents in Memory Care, Assisted Living, or both.
• Transporting residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining.
• Responding to emergency calls, resident and/or visitor requests, and environmental hazards in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner.
